Beaumont Animal Clinic

Dr. Ken Smith grew up in rural east central Alberta. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture degree from the University of Alberta in 1989, then graduated with his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. He has been practicing at the Leduc and Beaumont Animal Clinics since 1996. He enjoys camping, hiking, gardening, music, and badminton.

Dr. Zuzana Smith graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 1994. She worked in mixed animal practice and later part-time for the CFIA and locum work. She is now the practice manager of the Leduc and Beaumont Animal Clinics. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, knitting, reading, baking, and tending her flower garden.

Dr. Janice Smith graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine and has been with Beaumont Animal Clinic for many years. She particularly enjoys dentistry and preventative medicine. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her dogs and relaxing.

Dr. Susanne Krägeloh was born and raised in Germany. She changed careers from hospitality to veterinary medicine, graduating from the School of Veterinary Medicine in Hannover. She came to Canada and worked in mixed animal practice in rural Alberta, then started at Beaumont Animal Clinic in 2020. She loves to look at nutrition for pets and enjoys being a general practitioner.
