TopDentals.ca ("we", "us", "our") operates a Canadian dental directory that helps patients discover dental clinics and helps practices reach local patients. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through topdentals.ca and any related services. By using the site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described here.

We collect information in three ways: directly from you, automatically when you use the site, and (for dental practice accounts) when you create or manage a listing.
Information you provide directly
- Name and email address when creating an account or submitting a contact request.
- Practice details (clinic name, address, phone, website, services) when onboarding a dental practice.
- Any messages or enquiries you send to our support team.
Information collected automatically
- IP address and approximate location (city/region level).
- Browser type, device type, and operating system.
- Pages viewed, search queries entered, and links clicked.
- Referring URL and session duration.
- Cookie identifiers and similar tracking signals (see Section 6).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use information only for the purposes for which it was collected or for purposes that are consistent with those purposes.
