Frequently Asked Questions
We care a lot about our patients and their dental health, which is why we offer customized treatment plans that work with every individual’s time and budget. We also offer third party financing and customizable payment options.
We require that you give our office 48 business hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you miss an appointment without contacting our office within the required time, a fee of $50.00 will be charged to you. This fee cannot be billed to your insurance company.
Absolutely! When requested, we can take all the information needed and either submit it electronically or mail away to your insurance company. Some insurance companies will tell us the patient portion immediately for fillings and smaller procedures.
That all depends on what plan your employer has chosen for you. Check under orthodontics to find out what orthodontic procedures are and are not covered. Most patients have coverage between $1500 and $3500. Check and make sure that your plan covers orthodontics for all members of your plan, not just dependents.
Imagine Dental is a non-assignment office. We do not accept assignment payments from insurance companies. We made a choice to have our patients pay us directly for all services. We will continue to help with claim submission and pre-authorizations.
Yes. When administered by a trained dental professional, Botox is very safe. Dentists have extensive knowledge of facial anatomy and use precise, conservative doses tailored to each patient.
Botox typically lasts three to four months, depending on your muscle activity and metabolism. With consistent treatments, results may last longer over time as the muscles gradually relax.
Most patients describe the treatment as quick and nearly painless. The injections are performed with a very fine needle, and any mild discomfort lasts only a few seconds.
Absolutely. Botox can relax the overactive jaw muscles responsible for clenching and grinding (bruxism), reducing jaw tension, headaches, and tooth wear.
Not at all. When done by an experienced provider, Botox produces natural results softening lines without affecting your ability to smile or express emotion.
Anyone experiencing TMJ pain, bruxism, muscle tension, or those seeking subtle aesthetic improvements can benefit. Your dentist will review your medical history and goals to determine if Botox is right for you.
You can resume most of your regular routine immediately after treatment. However, avoid strenuous physical activity for 24 hours, do not use saunas or hot tubs, avoid touching the treated area, and stay upright for at least 4–6 hours after treatment.
