Sealants are a great preventative measure to protect against tooth decay. This process is completed by flowing a protective material into the deeper grooves of the teeth.

At CDH we have the ability to take digital x-rays of your teeth. This helps to compliment your oral assessments and gives Jennifer the opportunity to better recognize when further treatment or a referral is required.

Scaling is the removal of tartar and plaque deposits from the teeth. Jennifer has extensive experience in scaling and root planing to ensure these deposits are removed safely and effectively. This is done with the use of ultrasonic and hand instruments.

At every appointment with Jennifer you will receive an oral assessment of the mouth, teeth and supporting structures. This includes an Oral Cancer Screening to look for any abnormal lumps, bumps or lesions that may require further attention or referrals.

At CDH we use the EMS airflow system to remove soft plaque and stain buildup on the teeth. This process is more comfortable and less invasive on your teeth than traditional gritty polishing paste, leaving the teeth with a brighter smoother look and feel.

While you are under our care in the clinic, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible. During scaling we offer needle free numbing to the gums to increase your comfort if you need it. Desensitization treatments are also available to help with some of the more sensitive areas of the teeth. We also offer soft blankets for increased relaxation and warm towels to freshen up with after your appointment.
