The practice offers a wide range of cosmetic dentistry options to provide individual dental care aimed at improving or maintaining the appearance of your smile.

Veneers are thin shells of porcelain or resin used to cover discolored, worn, chipped, or misaligned teeth. They are custom-made and cemented in place, lasting 10-15 years.

Oral surgery includes diagnosis and surgical treatment of diseases, injuries, and defects of the head, mouth, teeth, gums, jaws, and neck, including wisdom teeth removal, implants, and bone grafts.

Conscious sedation is offered to help patients with fear, anxiety, low pain threshold, gag reflexes, or those needing extensive treatment. Note: general or IV sedation is not offered.

Dental extractions are performed for tooth decay that prevents restoration, impacted wisdom teeth, or to create space for orthodontic treatment.

Root canal therapy removes infected nerve tissue from the tooth's pulp chamber and canals, then seals them. It saves severely decayed or infected teeth from extraction.

Composite fillings restore decayed, fractured, or worn teeth. The dentist removes decay, shapes the cavity, applies composite resin, and polishes it. Inlays/onlays may be recommended for larger cavities.

Crowns restore broken or high-risk teeth, while bridges replace one or more missing teeth. Both are custom-made in a lab and cemented in place over two visits.

Scaling removes calculus and plaque from tooth surfaces above and below the gum line, while root planing smooths the root surface. This is the most common treatment for periodontal disease.

Implants replace missing tooth roots and support crowns, bridges, or dentures. Dr. Strang diagnoses and treatment plans, but currently works with other dentists for surgical placement.

Periodontal therapy treats gum disease, which is an infection of the tissues supporting teeth. It includes prevention, early detection, and treatment of gingivitis and periodontitis.

Composite bonding uses tooth-colored resin to close gaps, eliminate spots and discolorations, and enhance smile appearance. The resin is applied, hardened with a curing light, and polished. It is the least expensive cosmetic procedure and can be completed in a single visit.

In-office whitening can brighten teeth by six to ten shades using a light-activated gel. At-home whitening with custom trays is also available. The procedure may need to be repeated.
